Features

While the style and floor plan of a PDC home are foremost in the minds of our homeowners as we begin to design their dream home, it is often the features chosen that help them customize, optimize and individualize that home to meet their expectations and budgets. We have developed several feature lists to assist PDC homeowners with feature seletions. Many PDC homeowners begin with one of the features lists and elect one or more items from another list.

Legacy Series	PDC Legacy features contain the basic structural components found in all PDC homes. In addition they include many features that are considered upgrades by many production builders. Legacy features are often chosen by first time homeowners and by budget conscious homeowners.
Traditional Series	PDC Traditional features include all of the structural characteristics contained in our Legacy line, but considerably expand the level and quantity of upgrades available.
Signature Series	PDC Signature features extend the quantity and quality of available options to meet the expectations of the most discerning homeowners. Typical Signature homeowners will extend selections to include: solid surface or granite countertops, cook tops and wall ovens, etc.
Century Series	Century series includes the most premium of selections such as granite countertops, semi custom built kitchen cabinets, and increased flooring allowance to include hardwood floors through kitchen and morning room.
Falcon Pointe Series	Professionally designed and detailed exterior facades with Craftsman styling. Interior features include nine-foot ceilings on main floor (per plan), vaulted ceilings in specific areas, crown molding, oak or maple cabinetry, soundproofing package, and more.
Arbor Lakes Villa Series	Professionally designed and detailed exterior facades with Arts & Crafts styling. Interior includes historically based Craftsman and Arts & Crafts details throughout the home. premium appliance package, Choice Merillat Cabinets, vaulted ceilings and many other unique characteristics.
Arbor Lakes Chateau Series	Arts & Crafts exterior styling with Craftsman and Arts & Crafts details throughout the home. Interior features stainless steel appliances, crown-molded Choice Merillat cabinets, bevelled-edge laminate countertops and numerous other quality details.
