Cluster Gallery

Beginning in 2005, PDC began offering Cluster Homes in different neighborhoods. Cluster Homes are single-family homes, not condominiums, that may be attached to one or more other Cluster Homes or detached as a stand-alone dwelling. The floor plans may include Ranches, First Floor Masters, and Colonials, with two or three bedrooms. Each model included standard and optional features. The Cluster Homes in each neighborhood are specifically designed and priced for that neighborhood. Contact us for more information and availability.
